Biography

Kathryn Green has been working in honey research for five years with Dr Katherine Hammer at the University of Western Australia.

She in involved in several projects centred around understanding the antibacterial action of Western Australian honeys and the impact of floral source has on activity. She has also co-designed a new method for measuring and representing the antibacterial activity of honey.
