All participants of the Congress (attendees, speakers, sponsors and exhibitors) must register to attend the congress and wear a correct name badge at all times. Due to strict insurance conditions we do not allow ‘shared’ registrations. Attendees not able to attend for the full Congress should register for “day” rates. Anyone wishing to access the Tradeshow will also need to register for the congress. It is not possible for the general public to access any part of the congress or tradeshow without paying a registration fee.

The closing date for registration is Tuesday 31st May 2022. Registrations will not be accepted after this date, due to strict catering restrictions at the venue. Those who arrive at the congress (including those wishing to visit the tradeshow) without having registered by the deadline will be turned away, without exception.

Earlybird Full Registration

For all full registrations received prior to midnight on Friday 22nd April 2022 (AEST). To be eligible for this rate, payment must be received within 14 days of the early registration cut-off date (Friday 6th May). If payment is not received within this time, regular rates will automatically apply. Each earlybird full registration includes all congress materials; access to congress sessions; entry to tradeshow; daytime catering for Thursday 9th, Friday 10th and Saturday 11th June; one ticket for the Welcome Reception and one ticket for the Trade Show Evening.

Regular Full Registration

For all full registrations received from Saturday 23rd April 2022 (AEST). Each regular full registration includes all congress materials; access to congress sessions; entry to the tradeshow; daytime catering for Thursday 9th, Friday 10th and Saturday 11th June; one ticket for the Welcome Reception and one ticket for the Trade Show Evening. Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date, or by Friday 31st May at the latest.

Day Registration

For attendees who are only able to attend part of the congress, there are Day Registration rates available for attendance on the Thursday, Friday or Saturday. Due to strict insurance considerations, shared registrations are NOT allowed. Day registration rates include all congress materials; entry to the tradeshow; access to all congress sessions on the chosen day/s and daytime catering for the chosen day/s. Day registration rates do not include entry to social functions however, attendees can purchase tickets for these events separately. Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date, or by Friday 31st May at the latest.

Payments

Payment is required to confirm registration and is due within 14 days of your invoice date. Payment for Earlybird registrations is due by Friday 6th May, otherwise regular registration will apply. Accommodation must be paid in full by Friday 6th May 2022. Payment for registration fees and social functions must be received no later than Friday 31st May 2022.

Tax Invoice and Receipts

Please note that once paid, the Registration Form is recognised by the Australian Taxation Office as a compliant Tax Invoice. Once payment has been received, a registration confirmation email and tax invoice/receipt will be sent to the email address provided on the registration form.

Refunds and Cancellations

All cancellations must be made in writing to East Coast Conferences. Registration fees will be refunded less a 25% cancellation fee prior to 5pm on Friday 22nd April 2022. After this date we regret that no refunds will be made, however substitute delegates will be accepted. Please note that cancellation fees will apply whether or not payment is received at the time of registration. By submitting the registration form, you are agreeing to these conditions. Please refer to the Accommodation Booking Conditions if booking your accommodation through East Coast Conferences.

COVID-19 Cancellation Policy

In the event that the Congress organisers are required to cancel or postpone the event due to COVID-19 restrictions, a full refund will be provided. Likewise, if you are unable to attend the congress due to travel restrictions or testing positive to COVID-19, a full refund of your registration fee will be issued. Accommodation cancellations after Friday 6th May will be subject to the hotel refund policy.

Shared Registrations

Please note one registration form with payment must be received per delegate attending. Shared registrations are not permitted due to legal and insurance reasons. Day registration rates are available should you be unable to attend the full conference. Accompanying partners must register for the congress if attending any of the congress sessions or tradeshow areas. Additional tickets for social functions can be purchased via the registration form.

Photos

Please note, photos will be taken during the congress, which may be used for future promotions of AHBIC events or activities or incorporated in other AHBIC material.

Insurance

Attendee’s registration, accommodation and social function ticket fees do not include insurance of any kind. The organisers recommend taking out an insurance policy of your own choice with your local insurance or travel agent.
